Exclusive: F*#k – Stomp
Jun 18th
It’s always nice to get e-mails from young artists, asking me to listen to their productions without all the tamtam the more experienced artists make. This one just said:
Hey, maybe you like this, it’s already working quite good on the dancefloor. Use it as you wish, it’s only for you.
The track he sent me is called Stomp, and as it is actually quite good, we started to write some emails. Now I can tell you a little more about this emerging talent: F*#k is Benedikt Falters artist name, and he’s a twenty years old dj, producer and student. He has been living in St. Pölten for some time and naturally started to play at the local clubs like the Warehouse, together with crews like ETEPETETE or The shit is coming home. In Vienna you could hear him at the Palais Kinsky, White House or the Waggon31 and he started his own series of venues in Ried im Innkreis recently. Of course, making party is much more fun with friends, so he founded the collective We Are Prostitutez with the two djanes Nanunica and mona.ton – yeah, good to see women claiming the often testosterone-infested weels of steel!
Now stomp away to this exclusive release:

Benedikt represents the next upcoming generation of electro-house producers, who grow up with this sound and thereby have a more direct approach to this music. Stomp is a pretty straight forward track with a minimalistic bassline and gutpunching drums. There is a simple way to tell the quality of a electro house production: It’s the arrangement and breaks what brings the people to the dancefloor and keeps them there. And F*#k did an amazing job for his level of experience, the breaks build up speed and tension and play with the vocal bleeps. A promising track by a promising producer!
Of course there are still some rough edges, but I’m sure that you soon will see F*#k playing all over the country if he keeps the ship sailing on course. And he, Benedikt – let’s play a gig together in Ried, wouldn’t that be cool?
P.S.: There is already another track by F*#k in the pipeline, a remix for Joyce Muniz, which probably will be released here as well – so don’t forget to subscribe to the rss feed or become a fan on facebook!
