Marten Hørger is not just the dude with that funky letter in his name, he is a man of many aliases. If you don’t recognise him for his banging tech, electro and broken beats production as a solo artist, you’ll likely recognise him as a member of the massive Breakbeat duo, Boogie Army, whom burst onto the scene in 2007, or as part of the recently formed, Smash HiFi, an Electro/Tech partnership with the illustrious Leeroy Thornhill (formerly of the Prodigy)!
Recently, Marten was honoured with being handpicked by Westbam to produce the Remix of the Mayday anthem – the world’s biggest indoor festival! The track was chosen by no other than the infamous Plump DJs for their new Global Underground Mix CD.
Apart from being a Artist himself Marten runs Stamina Club, having just celebrated it..s 10th anniversary , it is one of Europe..s longest running Monthly Breakbeat Nights. He also owns Stamina Agency which is the largest Artist Management Agency for Breakbeat in German speaking countrys, taking care of almost all the big names in the business!
